Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Technical Science(s), or similar four (4) year degree

Knowledge of technical elements of energy-consuming equipment in a facility (lighting (LED, Fluorescent, HID), HVAC system, hot water systems, compressed air System building envelope, refrigeration, integrated design) and how it affects utility consumption and demand, to help build a business case to prioritize recommendations and how they affect savings and first cost.
Must be able to complete technical and financial analysis
Maintains knowledge of current technologies and systems and alternative energy options, especially related to construction and design. Evaluate new technologies through relationships with manufacturers
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Excel
