Project Manager

Description

• You'll run structural steel projects from kickoff to closeout.
• You'll keep budgets tight, contracts clean, and communication clear.
• You'll reinforce our high-quality standards daily in the field and behind the scenes.
• You'll be a mentor and coach, developing our internal teams and raising the bar across departments.
• You'll create detailed schedules that align shop, field, and client expectations.

Requirements

• You need constant handholding to solve problems.
• 3+ years of commercial construction management experience, with a preference for structural steel.
• Strong knowledge of AISC Code of Standard Practice.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Reliable transportation to job sites.
• Proficiency in Tekla PowerFab and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and connection details.
• A bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs. and work in construction environments.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening as required.
