The Field Bracket Superintendent will lead all on‑site activities related to steel bracket installation for residential and commercial projects in Edmonton and surrounding areas. This hands‑on role involves coordinating subcontractor crews, enforcing safety and quality standards, managing schedules and budgets, and serving as the primary liaison between the project team, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
The position requires frequent physical activity such as bending, crawling, and lifting up to 50 lb, with approximately 60 % of the work performed outdoors in varying weather conditions and the remaining 40 % in an office setting.
Typical work hours are Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 4:30 pm, though overtime and weekend work may be needed during busy construction periods. Pre‑employment drug and alcohol testing is required.
