

Introduce efficient systems and procedures to streamline property-related workstreams.
Manage and report on property systems and databases, including budgeting, forecasting, and income tracking.
Manage and enhance service charge budgeting and reconciliation processes.
The Estates Manager will support the development of robust property and asset management processes, taking responsibility for efficient letting, compliance, and operational excellence across the estate. Working alongside the senior property team, you will drive improvements, oversee key statutory and commercial obligations, and ensure the smooth running of property operations.
Review property policy, recommend improvements, and maintain strong communication with stakeholders to ensure positive outcomes.
Provide day-to-day management for the property administrator (where applicable).
Lead on compliance with health and safety requirements, including rolling tenant inspections, risk assessments, and common-area monitoring.
Work collaboratively with the wider property team to drive continuous improvement.
Develop and refine property and asset management processes, supporting the letting of accommodation across the estate.
Proven ability to analyse data and processes, identify risks, and support informed decision-making.
Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to support colleagues and contribute to a positive working environment.
Strong project management capability, able to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
Solid understanding of property law, regulation, service charge management, and rating processes.
