Perform work and tasks assigned in a timely manner while using the CMMS work order system
Pond maintenance (adding chemicals, cleaning pump baskets, netting leaves)
Maintain records and evaluations of maintenance programs through the use of (logs, word, excel, M.S. Office)
Hanging of framed objects (pictures, whiteboards)
Building rounds (inspections and cleaning of storm drains, lighting, operation of entry doors, elevators, etc.)
Maintaining and servicing restroom equipment (toilets, sinks, soap dispensers)
Initiate the purchase of parts, materials, equipment, supplies etc., in accordance with company procedures and provide technical assistance when required to facilitate such purchases

Ability to work with a team.
Ability to analyze possible solutions using technical experience to apply appropriate judgment and precedents.
Meet the physical requirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.
Good interpersonal skills (radios, cell phone, email)
Minimum of 1 year experience and/or job-related experience
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications and experience.
