Requirements

• Strong communication skills with experience in effective collaboration across internal multi-disciplinary teams as well as Client teams
• Experience with change management principles
• Chartered Status with a recognised Professional Institution
• Experience with Python, PowerAutomate & PowerBI
• Experience managing small digital delivery teams and a willingness to support junior team members with career development.
• Track record in working closely with clients to advise and implement on digital change
• Experience with ProjectWise, Autodesk Construction Cloud or Sharepoint
• Degree level education in a subject relating to the position
• Experience and track record with applying the principles of ISO19650
• An excellent understanding of digital services and solutions which could be applied in the UK water industry
• Excellent technical report writing skills using concise English
• Experience working within the UK water industry
