Assisting with the RFP process through investigating new project opportunities, typing and formatting of proposals and sourcing and organizing marketing materials.
Maintenance and organization of data for various marketing analytics.
Assisting with the design, organization and maintenance of promotional materials and marketing collateral.
Assisting with the coordination and production of proposals, which includes layout and organization of the document; coordinating and writing text from various team members; creation of drafts and general information.
Monitoring industry trends through various media sources.
Performing market and industry research to share with the marketing team and senior engineers.
Preparing desktop publishing works including written content and layouts for presentations or marketing initiatives.
