  • Prepare information packages for project governance review
  • Manage information about the overall Project Development Portfolio, including reporting and initiation of new projects in multiple data sets
  • Assist in the creation of applications for regulatory approvals;
  • Manage and communicate with consultants and AltaLink project team members on project scope, objectives, accountabilities and commitments
  • Manage and coordinate multiple customers and changing priorities; and
  • Assist in financial management of projects and the creation of monthly cost forecasts;

  • A valid Alberta Class 5 driver's license;
  • Proven ability/experience in the above noted responsibilities;
  • Capable of managing multiple competing priorities; and
  • Experience working with Substation engineering/construction would be an asset;
  • Experience working in SAP would be an asset

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interface with team members and customers to promote positive customer outcomes;
  • An Engineering student who has completed two or more years of study and is enrolled in an Internship program at a recognized University. Preference will go to students enrolled in electrical engineering programs
  • Working knowledge of MS Office, Word, Excel, Outlook;
  • Proven track record of good performance and attendance
  • Superior organizational and time management skills;
