- Prepare information packages for project governance review
- Manage information about the overall Project Development Portfolio, including reporting and initiation of new projects in multiple data sets
- Assist in the creation of applications for regulatory approvals;
- Manage and communicate with consultants and AltaLink project team members on project scope, objectives, accountabilities and commitments
- Manage and coordinate multiple customers and changing priorities; and
- Assist in financial management of projects and the creation of monthly cost forecasts;

- A valid Alberta Class 5 driver's license;
- Proven ability/experience in the above noted responsibilities;
- Capable of managing multiple competing priorities; and
- Experience working with Substation engineering/construction would be an asset;
- Experience working in SAP would be an asset

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interface with team members and customers to promote positive customer outcomes;
- An Engineering student who has completed two or more years of study and is enrolled in an Internship program at a recognized University. Preference will go to students enrolled in electrical engineering programs
- Working knowledge of MS Office, Word, Excel, Outlook;
- Proven track record of good performance and attendance
