- Fluency in English.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Organizational development and team-building expertise.
- 5+ years of progressive operations experience in manufacturing.
- Six Sigma certification (Green or Black Belt).
- Experience leading change in manufacturing environments.
