Proven leadership experience in industrial or crane electrical design.

Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Experience with Siemens, Allen-Bradley, and other PLC platforms.
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (or related field); equivalent industry experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Proficiency in AutoCAD Electrical, Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs), and 3-phase power systems (Delta & Wye).
