The team provides Owner Agent Construction Management Services, including program and construction management, risk management, scheduling, cost estimating, progress reporting, quality assurance, safety, and other support to ensure program success for a large government customer.
- Develop and implement user‑friendly dashboards and reporting tools to track schedule, cost, and performance across the project portfolio.
- Lead implementation of business analytics, data visualization tools, and dashboards to provide actionable insights to program leadership and clients.
- Provide strategic leadership and oversight of information management systems and IT infrastructure, aligning them with program goals and client expectations.
- Establish and maintain a robust information management system for efficient data collection, storage, retrieval, and dissemination to stakeholders.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and accessibility to support informed decision‑making and program effectiveness.
- Serve as primary liaison, translating technical information into strategic recommendations for senior leadership and client stakeholders.
- Deliver services across all program areas while optimizing information management policies, procedures, and workflows for data security and regulatory compliance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, subcontractors, and client representatives to ensure alignment and successful program delivery.

GSI is seeking a talented Information Manager to oversee information management, IT infrastructure, and services for a major United States government infrastructure program. The role supports the mission and leverages extensive program experience.
The position requires a blend of technical expertise, leadership, and communication to translate data into strategic insights, maintain data integrity, and foster collaboration with internal teams, subcontractors, and client representatives. The role is based in Washington, DC, with a mix of on‑site work (at least 75%) and telework.
Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, have 15+ years of technical consulting experience, and possess extensive background in information management and IT leadership within large‑scale infrastructure or government programs. Preferred qualifications include PMP certification, familiarity with government initiatives, and experience with construction management platforms such as Kahua.
A favorable fingerprint check and Tier 1 investigation are required to obtain a DoD Common Access Card. The role offers the opportunity to drive innovative technologies and influence strategic decisions across the program.
