Provide inputs to Regional/Central Teams on current trend/issues in region
Build a culture of ownership and empowerment within Team
Ensuring transport quality and controlling of delivery performance (Carrier Reliability). Active control for customer deliveries, Distribution centres & Hilti Centre replenishment
Participate in Monthly review meetings with carriers
Track and drive for continuous improvement across all defined Goals/KPI/metrics
Develop, mentor and motivate the team for better efficiency and best results.
Responsible for Proof of Delivery reconciliation across all delivery legs
Responsible for Pan-India escalations from Sales/other teams related to Pick-up/deliveries or other related issues through coordination with carrier partners and internal Teams
Responsible for Cheque reconciliation with carriers and finance team
Implement solutions for specific customer needs (job-site delivery, same-day, etc.)
Centrally manages productivity KPIs for the Customer Pick-ups and Deliveries from/at customer sites and Stock Transfer between Hilti Locations
Deep dive into key areas to arrive at actionable insights with an intense data driven approach
Be a key participant in network review and capacity assessment exercises
Ensure Legal Compliance such as E-way bill part B etc.
Timely resolution of customer complaints (Service Requests) through coordination with CCH (Customer Complaint Handling Team), carriers and internal teams
