We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Branch Manager to lead operations, rentals, and sales within a specific region. The role carries full responsibility for team oversight, customer engagement, project execution, safety, and financial performance. Reporting directly to the Vice President of FieldForce, the manager will handle day‑to‑day operations while driving business development to grow market presence and profitability.
The Branch Manager will lead all branch activities related to rentals, services, and customer support, directing regional sales to maintain a strong pipeline and high win rate. Responsibilities include overseeing project planning, equipment setup, execution, demobilization, maintenance, and monitoring labor, logistics, and material costs for budget alignment. The manager will coach technicians, drivers, and operations leads, collaborate with internal teams, develop standard operating procedures, track KPIs, and manage subcontractor and vendor relationships while ensuring compliance with OSHA, DOT, and environmental regulations.
Candidates must have at least five years of management experience in equipment rentals, construction, water services, or industrial field services, with proven ability to oversee operations, personnel, logistics, and customer service in a fast‑paced environment. Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills are required, along with knowledge of pumping systems, hydraulic components, and field operations. A bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, business, or related field, a valid driver’s license (CDL preferred), and certifications such as OSHA 30, Safeland, or HAZWOPER are preferred.
