You will create and design effective implementations of PMO and project controls framework s and strategies on assigned commissions.
You will be developing your expertise in PMO and project controls, with a growing internal and external network (e.g. clients, contractors, consultancies and other stakeholders).

Performance reporting including KPI, risk and resource analysis.
Degree in construction management, engineering, quantity surveying or related field (MS, MBA preferred)
Deep property or infrastructure project management expertise.
Experience in the pharma or technology sector or other similar manufacturing.
Strong commercial and financial acumen.
Excellent communication (written, verbal and presentation) skills, along with the ability to assure service delivery and provide meaningful/actionable insights.
Experience in EPMO system like unifier or procore.
Membership of RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE or equivalent demonstrable professional or personal development.
Experience of managing relationships with key senior stakeholders.
Knowledge of how carbon and sustainability considerations will shape the outlook of the projects you are working on.
Direction and management experience of large, diverse teams.
Professional membership, i.e., MRICS/RICS (or equivalent) and moving towards fellowship, or equivalent demonstrable professional or personal development.
Knowledge of value engineering, life cycle costing, contractual frameworks relating to construction.
