Manage sub-consultants and support staff assigned on a project basis as required.
Lead the analysis of multi-modal modelling assessments with support from the wider design team
Take part in training to develop both your technical and consultancy skills
Prepare and present reports, proposals, briefing notes and design reports
Manage project budgets exercising effective financial and budgetary control
Take responsibility to deliver key tasks on a range of projects
Take responsibility for key tasks and workstreams

Demonstrate strong analytical skills as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills
EAP and mental health first aiders
Demonstrate a strong level of experience with LinSig and Vissim (or other microsimulation software)
Have a working knowledge of traffic modelling standards and guidance
Hold relevant academic qualifications or professional experience
Experience of TfL's Model Audit Process would be beneficial
Up to 5 days for volunteering activities
Be comfortable working in multi-disciplinary teams and provide positive contributions in resolving complex design problems
