- Proven HR experience in large, complex environments
- Experience in Aviation security - passenger screening and/or freight
- Hands on experience of a working in a dynamic environment
- Tertiary qualifications in Training and Assessment/HR
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in MS Office and HRIS
- Exceptional organisation, discretion, and problem-solving capabilities
- High-level communication, coaching, and stakeholder engagement skills
