Construction Project Manager

Description

• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including logs, change orders, and progress reports
• Assist with change order reviews, cost tracking, and contractor payment applications
• Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with project plans, safety standards, and quality requirements
• Assist with or lead project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource coordination
• Support or oversee construction projects from initiation through closeout
• Monitor construction progress and participate in regular status meetings
• Support project closeout documentation and final deliverables

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, inquisitive, and deadline-driven, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively. Candidates should be able to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment and maintaining a calm, professional demeanor under pressure.

• Knowledge of construction practices, processes, and documentation
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer applications
• Construction or engineering experience preferred (experience level dependent on PM or APM role)
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
