The Housekeeping Supervisor ensures the highest standards of service by coordinating staff schedules, managing room inventory, and communicating maintenance needs. The supervisor responds promptly to guest requests, upholds professional appearance, and guarantees compliance with all legal, safety, and company policies. Additional duties are assigned by management as needed.
Candidates must hold a High School Diploma or GED, have 1‑3 years of relevant experience, possess basic computer skills, and demonstrate proficient English communication. Preferred qualifications include CPR/First Aid certification, at least two years of supervisory experience, prior housekeeping experience in hospitality, and bilingual ability.
