Description

The Housekeeping Supervisor ensures the highest standards of service by coordinating staff schedules, managing room inventory, and communicating maintenance needs. The supervisor responds promptly to guest requests, upholds professional appearance, and guarantees compliance with all legal, safety, and company policies. Additional duties are assigned by management as needed.

• Coordinate staff schedules based on standards and forecasted occupancy, assigning daily tasks
• Maintain room inventory promptly for the front desk
• Document and communicate maintenance requests to engineering to meet service quality standards
• Respond quickly to guest requests in a friendly manner and follow up to ensure satisfaction
• Maintain a professional image through appearance, dress, and conduct
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, local laws, including OSHA
• Adhere to company policies and procedures
• Uphold professionalism when interacting with team members, management, owners, members, and guests

Requirements

Candidates must hold a High School Diploma or GED, have 1‑3 years of relevant experience, possess basic computer skills, and demonstrate proficient English communication. Preferred qualifications include CPR/First Aid certification, at least two years of supervisory experience, prior housekeeping experience in hospitality, and bilingual ability.
