Arrange pre and post installation walk through with all stakeholders.
Integrate the necessary planning data (i.e. manpower loading, etc.) into the project schedule.
Help coordinate and prepare work plans.
Set-up and chair planning/schedule meetings.
Provide feedback to the Project Manager on any changes made to the schedule to assist in identifying impact/risks.
Obtain daily/weekly status reports from the necessary project leads.
Interface with the required staff to provide schedule updates and specific reports.
Develop and maintain the overall Primavera P6 project schedules.
Report on the status of the project with the customer/client.
Perform earned value analysis, cost analysis, scheduling, resource planning, variance reporting, and manpower loading.
Document any installation issues as reported by project leads.
Fully understands the project scope and budget, liaise with the owner on schedule related items.
