Coordinate yearly Fair Housing Training for all staff in each state.
Prepare for and attend Affordable and LIHTC audits performed by state and regulatory agencies in Ohio, Pittsburgh and Michigan.
Ensure all new move-in, recerts, and interims are processed and approved within required agency deadlines.
Maintain dashboards that summarize file submission timeliness, audit findings, and recert completion rates
Assign and monitor workload among compliance staff(managers, specialist, assistants) to maintain equitable productivity and turnaround timeline.
Maintain oversight of recertification schedules and monhly compliance trackers.

Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with IT or software vendors to maintain functionality and data integrity.
Assists in creating and maintaining dashboards and reports for compliance timeliness, recert status and error rates.
Monitor deadlines for Annual Owner Certifications, utility allowance updates, and tenant event submissions.
Coordinate with the Senior Compliance Manger to verify that all final files meet LIHTC/HUD/Agency requirements.
Analyze patterns in agency findings or file errors and propose process improvements
Serve as point of contact for all internal and external audit request
Create and implement quality control checklist for all compliance mangers and specialist.
Review and monitor HUD billing cycles and ensure reconciliation between property management and compliance teams.
Prepare monthly compliance performance reports for the Director of Compliance and Property management.
Manage day-to-day operations of the compliance department, ensuring consistent workflow across Ohio, Michigan, and Pennsylvania portfolios.

At least 3 years of supervisory or operations management experience within a LIHTC, HUD, or multi-layered compliance environment.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Public Administration, Real Estate, Finance, Housing Administration, Nonprofit Management, or related field is required.
