Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
Strong knowledge of process simulation software (e.g., Aspen HYSYS, UniSim), process design tools (e.g., AutoCAD, CADWorx), and related engineering software.
