The role involves selecting sheet metal types according to building or design plans, measuring and marking dimensions, drilling holes for screws, bolts, and rivets, and installing and cutting metal sheets with supportive frameworks. You will also fabricate or alter parts on construction sites, maneuver and anchor large sheet metal components, fasten seams by welding, bolting, riveting or soldering, set hangers, and trim, fit, hang, and seal ductwork.

Most positions are first shift with a pay range of $30-35 per hour based on experience and skill level.
