  • Structural systems (design and testing for leakage, pressure, accelerated life, seismic and wind loading)
  • Contribute expertise to key HVAC subsystems, including:
  • Lead High-Impact Projects: Take ownership of designing and launching cutting-edge HVAC systems, from concept to production, solving complex challenges that shape the industry
  • Innovate with Experts: Partner with cross-functional teams in our world-class Technology Center, leveraging advanced tools like MBSE, FEA and CFD to push the boundaries of design
  • Work cross-functionally with groups such as design, test, manufacturing, sales, and supply chain to ensure product design meets business needs
  • Grow and Lead: Mentor talented engineers, guide strategic initiatives, and expand your expertise in equipment and subsystem design areas like refrigeration, air quality, and energy recovery
  • Provide technical guidance to more junior team members
  • Act as the technical lead for the development of complete HVAC units, creating innovative, high-performance solutions that exceed customer expectations
  • Drive the execution of the new product development phase-gate process, demonstrating appropriate design maturity and growth across various milestones
  • Tackle highly complex technical challenges, applying expert knowledge in heat transfer, fluid dynamics, and mechanical analysis to optimize designs
  • Make a Difference: Create sustainable, efficient, high-performance HVAC solutions that improve lives and environments worldwide
  • Develop electro-mechanical products of significant complexity, supporting program quality, cost, and schedule
  • Develop test plans and performs testing of components and sub-systems, supporting performance, reliability, and industry certification
