• Handle methodologies for complex structures including erection planning
• Optimize designs for efficiency and cost-effectiveness
• Maintain clear and effective communication with stakeholders
• Develop site logistics plans, construction sequences, and suitable methodologies
• Prepare technical queries and liaise with clients for clarifications
• Plan resources including labor and plant & machinery
• Analyze tender documents and drawings
• Coordinate with external consultants for design/drawing alignment with client specifications
• Work closely with execution teams to ensure seamless implementation
• Conduct site visits to review progress and suggest alternate solutions
• Prepare and interpret construction drawings and sketches
• Prepare and present technical submissions and presentations to management and clients
• Collaborate with in-house design teams for construction-friendly designs

Requirements

We are looking for a highly experienced professional to lead construction methods & planning for fast-track and complex projects such as tall buildings, hotels, and large institutional structures. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both RCC and steel construction, with hands-on experience in the Gulf region where cutting-edge construction methodologies are employed. This role demands a strategic thinker with technical depth, excellent coordination skills, and the ability to drive value engineering and execution excellence.

• Proven experience in Gulf countries with exposure to modern construction techniques
• Knowledge of plant and machinery used in construction
• Apply knowledge of latest formwork systems and plant equipment
• Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Civil or Mechanical Engineering
• Experience: Minimum 8 to 15 years, including substantial experience in Gulf countries with exposure to advanced construction technologies and practices
• Ability to work collaboratively with execution and design teams
• Expertise in modern formwork systems and erection techniques
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong understanding of structural design and engineering principles
• Familiarity with latest construction technologies and fast-track execution methods
