Physical Requirements: Extensive mobility and excellent physical condition. Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs. to include but not limited lifting and carrying ice-melt from ground to truck bed height on occasion, and shovel snow frequently during the winter. When lifts exceed 50 lbs., other personnel must be contacted to aid and/or use of lifting equipment such as a hand truck, dolly, hoist or lifting straps will be required. Constant ability to walk on even/uneven terrain, stand in one position for long periods of time, kneel, bend, crouch, climb stairs and ladders, crawl, etc. to reach items in need of repair. Occasionally lift and hold 20 pounds overhead for extended periods of time. Must be comfortable on ladders and lifts to 30 feet. Tolerance to all extremes of hot and cold weather (below 0 and above 100 degrees) frequently for extended periods of time. Ability to operate all necessary hand tools to make repairs. Ability to drive to and from job sites.
Two years’ minimum experience in residential construction.
Ability to work effectively in an office environment with a working knowledge of computer systems to accurately document work performed on a computer.
Must be able to operate a skid loader, including auger, planar and street broom.
Must possess a valid driver’s license, clean driving record and the ability to climb in and out of vehicle dozens of times per day.
Ability to perform manual labor as needed such as loading and unloading materials (windows, doors, etc.)
Excellent communication and organizational skills required.
Must be highly motivated self-starter.
Must be able to manage time effectively, set priorities and meet deadlines under pressure.

Must be a team player with good interpersonal skills.
