Senior Software Engineer

• Design and build backend systems that support a wide range of integrations.
• Drive technical strategy and architectural decisions to support platform growth.
• Contribute to the development of robust APIs and frameworks that enable seamless data flow across platforms.
• Share best practices and mentor peers to raise the technical bar across the team.
• Lead initiatives to improve testing, observability, and platform reliability.
• Collaborate closely with customers, product, and engineering teams to deliver impactful, scalable solutions.

• Experience in startups to medium-size SaaS is strongly preferred, or a past background within MAANNGO firms would be a +++.
• Exceptional customer empathy and communication skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and collaborate directly with clients.
• 3+ years of experience with Node.js and TypeScript.
• 2+ years of cloud experience, preferably AWS or GCP.
• Nice to have: experience with serverless architectures, event-driven systems, or workflow engines such as AWS Lambda, SQS, or Temporal.
• You enjoy tackling complex integration challenges and working directly with customers to deliver elegant technical solutions.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills in distributed or large-scale systems.
• 7+ years of experience building production-grade systems.
• You’re an experienced engineer who thrives on building scalable, high-impact systems.
