- Review engineering prints, select and acquire appropriate tooling.
- Perform machine setup and operation as needed.

- A minimum of three (5) years experience in component CNC machining. (Prefer 10 years)
- Ability to interpret blueprint/drawing specifications and GD&T.
- Applied experience with various inspection methods (hand gages, CMM, etc.)
- Proficiency with AutoCAD and Fanuc, Siemens, G code programming.
- Proven ability to develop the machining skills of others.
- Basic computer skills for email, web-based communications.
- Overhead crane operation and rigging experience
- Ability to run large machining centers either VTL or HBM
