  • Managing the Section 20 consultation process, ensuring all notices are accurate, compliant, and delivered on time.
  • Supporting the planning and coordination of projects, including validating contractor quotes and ensuring statutory obligations are met.
  • Championing best practice and contributing to the continuous improvement of compliance processes.
  • Leading the dispensation process for planned works projects, from preparing applications to monitoring outcomes.
