- Managing the Section 20 consultation process, ensuring all notices are accurate, compliant, and delivered on time.
- Supporting the planning and coordination of projects, including validating contractor quotes and ensuring statutory obligations are met.
- Championing best practice and contributing to the continuous improvement of compliance processes.
- Leading the dispensation process for planned works projects, from preparing applications to monitoring outcomes.
- Acting as the go-to contact for compliance queries, working closely with Operations Managers, House/Estate Managers, consultants, and our Legal team.
- Maintaining accurate and auditable records in Fixflo/Qube, with timely updates and reporting.
