  • Work cross functionally with our leaders to scale and optimize processes supporting business growth
  • Own the monthly business review and forecasting routines – includes identifying key risks and opportunities and develop relevant action plans with the leadership team
  • Analyzing profitability and trends of the company to identify and action margin enhancement opportunities (pricing, mix, management, etc.)
  • Enhance and develop tools to support better decision making across the company
  • Work collaboratively across finance to define and implement best practices and drive consistency across the organization
  • Lead management reporting for the organization to CRH Americas
  • Responsible for managing the annual budget & strategic plan,
  • Drive the development of driver-based planning and forecasting throughout the organization, incorporating market specific analytics
  • Develop the FP&A team, driving high levels of engagement, and ensuring team is continuously learning

  • Organizational skills required in the form of documentation of work/training instructions
  • Mergers and Acquisitions experience a plus
  • 5+ years of progressive FP&A experience, ideally in a global public company environment with significant exposure in manufacturing industry
  • Project management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office w/ Advanced Excel skills
  • Bachelors or Master's degree in finance, Business or Accounting
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
  • Self-starter, highly motivated with the demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives
  • Continuous improvement mindset with a demonstrated history of implementing business process changes and driving innovation
  • Extensive Oracle EPM Planning experience required
  • ERP experience with SAP, JDE, AX and/or NetSuite preferred
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in computer science, engineering, or another technical field
  • Experience with BI preferred
