Improve the quality of life for commuters by reducing daily travel time.
Monitor the PowerBI platform in collaboration with the Digital team, to ensure the data is up to date and presented in a relevant manner.
Liaise with discipline or construction coordinators and managers, and defining their reporting needs and difficulties, in order to optimize the way the information is streamlined, avoid duplicates, and for the key personnel to review it on time.
Generate on time the reports and presentations, punctual or reoccurring; demands can come from different levels of the hierarchy (JV board, North America management of parent companies, project management).
Ensure, in collaboration with the Contracts team, that the reports produced to the clients are coherent with the contractual strategy, which is constantly evolving and requires precise commercial acumen.
Organize and conduct monthly site visits with the Lender's Technical advisor throughout the sites of the project, in collaboration with each station's team, in order for the advisor to certify the invoicing to the lenders.
Progress the monthly invoicing of the project to the lenders and provide them with the associated supporting documentation to justify it, in order to ensure the financing of the works.
Ensure the timely submission of the weekly and monthly reports and progress trackers at the destination of the client, station management, and project management.
Address, in collaboration with the Contracts team, the eventual comments from the Contracting Authority on the various reports submitted their way, in order to implement changes when necessary, and to respond accordingly with the contractual strategy when needed.
Reduce crowding on the existing Line 1 (Yonge-University) subway.
Define, generate and analyze the reports and key performance indicators of the project, that capture progress and blockages in a relevant, concise and visual way.
Ensure in collaboration with the Digital team, the right access, entry, compilation, visualization and analysis of the data project-wide, from departments as varied as procurement, design, construction, scheduling, risks, quality, finance, health & safety, among others.
Act as an interface and a trusted point of contact for the personnel of these teams.

Strong understanding of project performance metrics, scheduling, and progress tracking.
Adaptability to evolving project requirements and ability to respond to client feedback promptly.
3–5 years of experience in project coordination, reporting, or data management within large-scale infrastructure or transit projects preferred.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Copilot, Fabric AI features or Copilot Studio: Understand how these tools support automated reporting, data visualization, and trend analysis.
Ability to manage digital platforms for data integration and analysis (MS Power Query).
Knowledge of construction processes, procurement, and multi-disciplinary project workflows.
Familiarity with contract administration and commercial strategies in construction projects.
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and maintain stakeholder trust.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.
(Optional) RRSP matching
Commercial acumen to ensure reporting aligns with contractual obligations.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple reporting deadlines.
Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel, MS Project).
