Description

• Ensure compliance with all OSHA standards and company safety programs.
• Support incident investigations and corrective actions.
• Promote a proactive safety culture through consistent engagement and communication.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and construction management teams to ensure site-wide compliance.
• Oversee and enforce safety protocols.
• Participate in daily safety meetings and toolbox talks.
• Conduct regular safety audits, site inspections, and hazard assessments.
• Maintain accurate safety logs, incident reports, and inspection records.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5–7 years of construction safety experience.
• Effective communicator with strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Comfortable leading safety meetings and interacting with teams at all levels.
• Strong working knowledge of OSHA regulations and construction safety best practices.
• Ability to respond quickly and effectively to changing job site conditions.
• Large construction site experience.
• OSHA 510 certification is required.
• MUST HAVE CHST & OSHA 510 to be considered!
• Prior experience on data center or mission-critical facility construction projects is highly preferred.
• Ability to work long hours and weekends in a physically demanding environment.
