Engineer

Description

• Repair and maintain facility building and equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance on mechanical, electrical, painting, carpentry, and plumbing systems.
• Respond to elevator breakdowns promptly.
• Keep accurate maintenance records.
• Resolve engineering service requests courteously and efficiently.
• Maintain an orderly and clean engineering work area.
• Return tools and equipment to proper storage after use.
• Assist in emergencies to protect guests, team members, and building systems.
• Follow proper lost‑and‑found procedures for items left in guest rooms.
• Report items needing repair.
• Follow all safety procedures while working.
• Provide personalized guest service passionately.

Requirements

Candidates must be able to work most weekends and holidays, report on time in proper uniform, and have prior experience with mechanical, plumbing, carpentry, and building maintenance. No specific education is required. The role demands standing or walking up to eight hours and occasional lifting, pushing, and pulling.
