The Risk Lead will join AGL’s Risk & Assurance team as a trusted business partner for the Customer Markets unit. In this role, the individual will act as a subject‑matter expert in risk management, helping to optimise performance and enhance resilience across the business.

Partner with business units to identify, assess and manage operational and compliance risks.
Prepare actionable risk reports with recommendations to improve commercial, operational and customer outcomes.
Monitor key risk indicators, emerging risks and ensure accurate risk documentation and data quality.
Track implementation of risk treatment plans to continuously improve the risk profile.
Promote a strong risk culture through training, guidance and stakeholder collaboration.
Apply strong analytical skills to identify risks, analyse trends and recommend controls.
Maintain high attention to detail for accurate documentation, registers and risk data management.
