
Serve as liaison between field operations and office personnel
Assist with land permit processing, track permit status, and submit permit extension requests as needed
Monitor expiration dates and renewal requirements for permits and bonds.
Maintain records of plats, engineering plans, permits, and contracts.
Assist with all aspects of land development, acquisitions and land/lot purchases
Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and project tracking systems.
2–5 years of experience in land development, construction administration, or real estate preferred.
Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred (business, construction management or other related field).
Must be able to pass background check and drug screening
Knowledge of municipal permitting and development processes.
Valid Drivers License
The Residential Land Development Coordinator provides essential support to the land development team by coordinating documentation, permits, contracts, and pay applications to ensure timely and cost-effective development of residential communities. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with internal teams, contractors, engineers, lenders, and local municipalities.
Familiarity with construction loan draw processes and financial reporting.
