Reporting to the Manager - Regional SA, you’ll oversee Eyre Peninsula operations, driving business performance, safety and project delivery. You’ll inspire your team, build strong client relationships, and ensure operational and financial success.

• Oversee financial performance and project reporting
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality and contractual standards
• Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers and stakeholders
• Develop and execute the regional strategic plan
• Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency
• Lead, mentor and develop your team
• Approve tenders, customer quotes and proposals

You’re an experienced construction or project management professional with strong leadership skills and a passion for team success.

• Proven success leading multidisciplinary construction teams
• Strong commercial and financial management skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder skills
• Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Construction or Project Management (preferred)
• Construction White Card and current driver’s licence
• Strong understanding of construction processes and regulations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Pronto experience desirable
• Ability to obtain DCSI and Defence security clearance
• Collaborative leadership style that builds motivated, high-performing teams
• Sound knowledge of WHS and Chain of Responsibility
• Proven leadership and people management experience
