Description
Primary Function: The HR Partner oversees global HR activities for a business unit, developing and implementing strategies that align with organizational goals and comply with local labor laws. You will collaborate with technology leaders, support talent acquisition and onboarding, drive performance management, foster employee engagement, and lead change‑management initiatives to enhance HR efficiency.
- Collaborate with tech leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives, focusing on workforce planning and organizational effectiveness.
- Support talent acquisition by recruiting critical technical positions and implementing effective onboarding programs.
- Foster positive work culture and employee engagement; manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
- Design and implement performance management systems, guiding managers on performance improvement and career development.
- Identify training needs, develop programs, and create career development plans across all employee levels.
- Work with leadership to identify critical talent and plan succession.
- Enhance employer branding and engagement to attract and retain top talent.
- Lead change management initiatives and explore new HR technologies to improve efficiency.
- Partner with COE centers to provide optimal employee support aligned with organizational values.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and corporate HR policies; stay updated on HR trends and legislation.
- Lead audits/inspections as designated auditee, addressing observations to achieve zero noncompliance.
- Develop and analyze HR metrics, delivering data-driven insights and recommendations to senior management.
Requirements
Education & Experience: A master’s degree in human resources, organizational leadership, or business is required, preferably with a professional certification. Candidates need 12 + years of progressive HR experience in a global product or manufacturing setting, deep knowledge of international employment regulations, and strong proficiency in HRIS tools such as Workday.

- Proficient in data analysis and HRIS systems.
- Apply strategic thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
- Knowledgeable in talent management, HR automation, and related software.
