Assisting with project management and business development activities.
Supporting Project Leaders and Managers to deliver projects according to schedule, manage profitability and technical risk, and maintain client satisfaction.
Conducting and overseeing site inspections.
Preparing technical reports and specifications.
Managing multiple projects through effective scheduling and communication.
Designing, coordinating, and managing civil projects from feasibility through to construction.
Maintaining and developing professional relationships with key clients.
Preparing and reviewing documents for authority lodgements and applications.
Addressing authority requests and exercising judgment in formulating responses.
Providing technical advice to clients and stakeholders on project matters.
Offering technical guidance to civil designers and drafters in preparing detailed design drawings, including operational works designs.
Working with a variety of clients and stakeholders, such as private sector entities, government bodies, and local councils and authorities.
Applying knowledge of software such as DRAINS, MUSIC, and AutoCAD to guide team members and review models.

Comprehensive knowledge of current civil engineering technologies, standards, modelling, and construction practices.
Experience in pavement design would be advantageous, but not essential.

Capacity to manage priorities, ensuring client requirements are fulfilled while maintaining strong, collaborative relationships with colleagues both within the group and across the wider Stantec team.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Well-developed written and verbal communication skills, including expertise in report writing.
A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
Advanced proficiency with industry-standard software such as DRAINS, MUSIC, and AutoCAD.
The ability to effectively prioritise tasks to meet deadlines.
