Description

Diagnose faults and carry out repairs on heating and cooling systems, including diesel heaters and portable AC units
Working within a fast-paced warehouse and repair centre - supplying hire products to our network of hire locations
Perform routine servicing, preventative maintenance and preparing equipment ready for hire
Install, commission, and decommission HVAC hire equipment on customer sites
Maintain accurate job records, service reports, and equipment logs
Ensure all equipment is operating efficiently and safely
Provide excellent customer service and site support
Ensuring all equipment is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, functionality and compliance

Requirements

forklift licence

pat testing

Experience in HVAC installation, service, or hire engineering (desirable)
Full UK manual driving license
A forklift license - both reach and counterbalance (desirable)
Experience in the Hire industry and/or warehouse operations (desirable)
PAT testing (desirable)
Strong mechanical and electrical fault-finding skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
Experience and knowledge of climate products such as electrical, diesel heaters and air conditioning
