We are seeking an experienced Ruby on Rails Developer to join our in‑office team in Kennett Square. The role is full‑time, Monday‑through‑Friday, and reports directly to the local office.
Key technical expectations include five or more years of professional Rails experience, automated testing with RSpec and FactoryBot, proficiency in HTML5/CSS3, GitHub Actions, and deep familiarity with core AWS services and Infrastructure‑as‑Code.
Candidates should also demonstrate strong decision‑making, critical‑thinking, and software integration skills, as well as knowledge of product design, architecture, and technical support processes.
Additional advantages are experience with data‑streaming platforms such as Flink, Kafka, or Kinesis, and programming in Python or Go, plus familiarity with AWS IoT. Relocation assistance and visa sponsorship are not offered, and occasional weekend work may be required.
- 5+ years of professional Ruby on Rails experience
- Proficiency with RSpec, FactoryBot, GitHub Actions, HTML5/CSS3
- Experience with core AWS services (RDS, EC2, Fargate, ECS, SES, SNS, S3, CloudWatch, IAM) and IaC
- Strong knowledge of MySQL/Aurora databases
- Familiarity with Agile SDLC

- Full-time on-site role (Mon‑Fri) in Kennett Square, PA; weekend work may be required
