Supporting the Maritime Technical Manager in guiding and mentoring apprentice engineers and service engineers.
Diagnosing specific fault issues and action appropriately
Undertaking all work strictly in compliance with manufacturer guidelines and recommendations.
Maintaining a healthy and safe working environment for self and others through a clear understanding of workplace safety requirements and systems.
Using initiative and optimising down times to pay courtesy visits to customers
Undertaking hydraulic fault diagnosis and repair
Working with the customer in mind, making sure that quality work standards are maintained consistently and that post work, the repair site is clean and left in a condition that satisfies the customer.
Developing an effective working relationship with the support team at the depot and support others where required.

Good industry background / knowledge in Maritime Cranes
Completion of a recognised apprenticeship or equivalent in a related industry
