Company Secretarial Assistant

Description

• Assisting with the organisation of Board Meetings and paperwork relating to the approval of company accounts, dividends and director appointments.
• Supporting subsidiary compliance including working with global advisors on the maintenance of statutory registers and corporate filings.
• Responding to KYC and tender requests
• Maintaining statutory books as well as all company records
• Dealing with ad hoc queries from group companies
• Assisting with share transactions, including preparing stock transfer forms and maintaining accurate internal records.
• Ensuring complete records are received from our newly-acquired businesses and properly recorded on Diligent Entities
• Completing statutory filings with Companies House

Requirements

• CGI part-qualified, law graduate, or equivalent qualification preferred, though candidates with relevant experience or a clear interest in building a company secretarial career are also encouraged to apply
• Good attention to detail
• Experience using Diligent Entities or similar software is desirable but not essential
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook and comfortable learning new systems
