Business Analyst

Description

• Create and document user stories, process maps, and use cases.
• Partner with internal IT and external software suppliers to enhance and connect key systems
• Act as the link between business teams and technical developers or vendors.
• Turn operational requirements into clear technical briefs for the development team.
• Support digital and automation projects that follow lean manufacturing principles.

Requirements

• Good understanding of process modelling and improvement methods
• Strong technical skills with experience in software development, databases, APIs, and system integrations.
• Confident using documentation tools like Confluence, Jira, Visio, or Lucidchart.
• Knowledge of ERP/MIS systems, especially in manufacturing
