Assist Managers in a variety of project administrative duties

Participate in relevant training sessions and conferences to stay current with industry developments
Lead designers, planners, and technicians in completing tasks, providing frequent peer reviews on their work
Lead marketing efforts for less complex projects and assist with marketing efforts on larger, more complex projects
Serve in the roles of Project Manager (PM), Lead Technical Professional (LTP), and sometimes Engineer of Record (EOR) on a variety of multimodal transportation planning and conceptual design projects
Complete tasks and projects within established supervisor’s expectations
Lead technical writing and development of reports and proposals

Registered Professional Engineer (PE)
Ability to effectively prioritize, assign work, and meet deadlines with high quality deliverables
The employee must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization’s facilities
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent from an ABET Accredited University, majoring in Civil or Environmental Engineering
The employee is frequently required to stand and walk
0-10 years of progressively more complex post registration conceptual design and planning experience
Skills to lead teams, build relationships, serve clients, and pursue projects
Ability to work across disciplines (planning, roadway, traffic, structures, drainage, landscape, etc.) to identify and develop implementable multimodal transportation plans and conceptual designs
Skills to properly analyze data and make appropriate recommendations
