Work with Account Managers, Sales Support, and Department Heads to align on project timelines and deliverables.
Mentor and coach junior project managers and support staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Facilitate regular pipeline and status calls to keep all stakeholders informed and engaged.
Maintain close communication with homeowners, providing updates and managing expectations.
Conduct training sessions for team members on best practices in project management and solar technology.
Prepare and present regular reports on project status, KPIs, and lessons learned to senior management.
Leverage solar/technical expertise to read CADs and understand the implications of redlines on project timelines and costs.
Lead the integration of partner feedback into process improvements
Analyze project performance data to identify areas for improvement in processes and timelines.
Oversee all phases of solar installation projects, ensuring timely completion from sale to PTO.
Lead discussions on redlines, pricing adjustments, and technical challenges to ensure project goals are met.
Monitor project progress, identify potential delays, and implement corrective actions as needed.

Demonstrated experience in managing high-stakes partnerships and delivering successful outcomes in complex, fast-paced environments.
Strong understanding of solar energy systems, including the ability to read and interpret CAD drawings.
Strong leadership and conflict resolution abilities.
Proven track record in strategic problem-solving, conflict resolution, and process improvement.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management for the solar industry.
