Proficiency in using hand and power tools
Work will be conducted in a manufacturing plant with a controlled environment, involving exposure to machinery, construction, and production processes, as well as varying weather conditions, noise, and dust. Work may also take place at construction sites with similar exposure to weather conditions, noise, and dust.
Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Maintains consistent, full-time, predictable onsite attendance as an essential function of the role.
Ability to stand for long periods.
Understanding of production processes and construction procedures
Eligible to work in the United States
Strong balance, hand-eye coordination, and manual dexterity.
Previous experience in a manufacturing or construction environment, with hands-on work in assembly, construction, or related tasks
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as hard hats, gloves, safety glasses, and high-visibility vests will be provided and must be worn on the production floor and construction site.
Familiarity with hand and power tools, as well as mobile equipment, is preferred
Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
Manages time effectively to meet project goals and deadlines.
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience with modular construction or prefabrication processes is a plus
Basic understanding of safety protocols in production or construction settings
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
Follows detailed instructions and plans to complete tasks accurately.
Commitment to safety awareness and adherence to construction safety rules
Ability to lift and carry up to 80 pounds and push or pull loads of up to 50 pounds; physical fitness and stamina are essential.
Ability to meet visual and auditory acuity requirements.
Any combination of relevant education and/or experience demonstrating proficiency in the essential functions of the role
