At least 1 year of combined experience in technical support and customer service
Do you enjoy solving technical challenges while delivering exceptional customer experiences?
Knowledge of both Windows and Mac operating systems
Proven ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues (Microsoft Suite required; SAP helpful)
Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ticketing tools
Understanding of hardware troubleshooting and repair
Ability to learn organizational processes quickly and manage escalations

Strong interpersonal skills with patience and an empathetic approach to user interactions

Benefits

Minimum Qualifications

The annual base salary range for this position is $68,000-$78,000. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Steelcase considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
