This is a ground-floor leadership opportunity to open and lead the Houston restoration office and build a division from scratch. The successful candidate will manage insurance restoration projects, perform detailed estimates, and oversee execution of repairs across multiple property types. You will be responsible for developing operational processes, hiring a skilled team, and driving growth for this new practice.

Establish and lead the Houston restoration office, including team recruitment and development.
Build strong relationships with insurers, adjusters, and property owners to drive business growth.
Collaborate with internal consulting and claims teams for seamless service delivery.
Oversee budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation for projects.
Perform detailed estimates for insurance restoration projects using industry-standard tools and methodologies.
Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
Manage restoration projects from initial assessment through completion, ensuring quality and compliance.
Develop operational processes, quality standards, and safety protocols.
