Based in Detroit, the Account Executive reports to the Director of Sales and manages the full sales cycle, from prospecting and client acquisition to providing detailed analyses, preparing estimates, securing orders, and overseeing project follow‑through.

The role includes on‑site visits to monitor job sites for quality control, gather feedback from project managers and customers, and ensure successful project execution.

Prospect new business through direct mail, referrals, trade shows, cold calls, and other marketing tactics.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Negotiate pricing and contract terms within company policy.
Prepare and analyze time, cost, material, and labor estimates using blueprints and specifications.
Consult with clients, vendors, and project managers to refine estimates and resolve issues.
Monitor and audit assigned job sites for quality control via on‑site visits and feedback.
Develop, implement, and report on sales goals and business development plans per company systems.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, preferably in Construction Management.
Minimum 5 years of direct sales experience (outside telemarketing/inside sales).

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
