Participates in project meetings and site visits as needed, documenting discussions and action items
Manages the set up and maintenance of document control / records management for multiple projects and Project Managers
Resolves questions and problems
Monitors and reports on project schedules, identifying potential delays and recommending mitigation strategies
Provides document management and project controls support which includes the receipt, inventory, audit, tracking, storage, retrieval and distribution of both classified and unclassified electronic, paper and other media project data and documents according to company policy, and proper procedures for the projects
Generate accurate earthwork quantities from the software
Ensures that all local practices and activities comply with company policies and procedures.
Assists in the development and implementation of project-specific quality control procedures.
Contributes to the continuous improvement of contract administration processes and best practices within the organization
Maintains accurate and up-to-date project files, including correspondence, submittals, and contract documents
Coordinates with project stakeholders, including contractors, subcontractors, and FDOT representatives, to facilitate effective communication and project progress
Assists in the preparation of monthly progress reports, highlighting key performance indicators and project milestones
Reviews and processes contractor pay applications, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contract terms
Assists in the preparation and review of change orders, contract modifications, and amendments.
May independently perform most assignments with minimal direction
Prepare the survey data as needed for use in the software

Valid US Driver’s License required to visit project sites, clients, and other AECOM offices. As a condition of employment, selected candidate must pass a Motor Vehicle Records review

Understand which surfaces are needed from the designer
Four years of CEI experience having performed/assisted in project related duties (i.e., Materials Acceptance and Certification (MAC) System input, progress and final estimates, EEO compliance, processing Construction Contract changes, etc.)
Two years of experience with 3D Modeling and CADD
BA/BS degree plus 4 years of related experience, or AS Degree plus 6 years of related experience, or HS/GED plus 8 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency and/or education
