In this role you will act as the functional owner of the company’s HR technology, primarily ADP Workforce Now, supporting both corporate teams and franchise locations across the United States and Canada. You will ensure the system is accurately configured, reliably operated, and delivers data that meets compliance standards and informs strategic decisions.
- Serve as primary HR functional owner for ADP Workforce Now, collaborating with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Finance, IT, franchise contacts, and ADP resources
- Configure and maintain HRIS workflows, approvals, security, access, and self‑service functionality
- Support core HR modules including employee data, onboarding, time off, time and attendance, payroll, benefits, performance, and reporting
- Oversee third‑party vendors supporting HRIS configuration and enhancements to ensure accurate and compliant delivery
- Gather and translate business requirements into effective HRIS configurations and system solutions
- Troubleshoot system issues and manage testing, validation, documentation, and deployment of system changes
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards, ensuring data accuracy and consistency
- Participate in projects, acquisitions, integrations, and continuous improvement initiatives

Ideal candidates have a background in HR, hands‑on experience with HRIS configuration and support, and the ability to partner with stakeholders to translate business and compliance needs into technical solutions. Strong communication, analytical, and project‑driven skills are essential for driving continuous improvement of the HR technology landscape.
- Own HR system integrations and data feeds, handling setup, monitoring, troubleshooting, and vendor coordination
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 years of HR experience such as HR Generalist, HR Operations, or similar role
- Hands‑on HRIS analyst experience configuring workflows, approvals, HR processes, and troubleshooting system and integration issues
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across all organizational levels
- Ability to translate business requirements into effective HRIS configurations and solutions
- Solid understanding of HR processes, policies, and compliance requirements
- Experience supporting ADP Workforce Now in a production environment
- Experience supporting multi‑entity or multi‑location organizations in US and Canada
- Functional knowledge of payroll, time and attendance, time off, and benefits module configuration
- Project management experience, including stakeholder partnership and change management
- Experience supporting acquisitions, divestitures, or system implementations

The HRIS Analyst position offers a flexible work arrangement, allowing remote work or a hybrid schedule based in Jacksonville, Florida, depending on business needs. The role reports to the HR Department and provides a competitive salary range of $85,000 to $105,000 per year, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package.
